A useful app that will assist with some weight loss programs such as the Smart Points program.
I personally use the SmartPoints weight loss program so it is designed with this in mind.
Once installed, This app does not require a connection the internet to use any of the calculators or to view the lists. WiFi or Data connections are not required to use the app once installed.
